The Compassion Experiment (Day 48)

The Compassion Experiment: It's not a blog, it's a Blitter. Too short for a blog, too long for a Twitter.

Man, I love these guys!

Check out The Animal Liberation Front, and their articles/videos about frois gras, how it is produced, and why people SHOULD NOT EAT IT.
Note: The images may be gory, but that's reality, and people need to see this stuff to truly believe it is wrong.

I love their pictures of people in ski masks, hugging bunnies.
Awesome.
Please show them some support.

Here is the article from the Globe and Mail about animal cruelty and the lack of legal repercussions.
"Inspection records show animals arriving to slaughterhouses dead or diseased, with few repercussions for transporters".
And the list goes on, check it out:

In the last couple days, the news has been filled to brimming, with articles on animal cruelty, and this should be a real wake-up call for everyone.
All these tragedies that are done behind closed doors, are becoming more public, and we support people's efforts to spread the word.
The animals can't stand up for themselves, so it is up to us, to help them, not hurt them.

Things can change, you just need courage to take a new path.

“Courage is the power to let go of the familiar.” – Raymond Lindquist

Animals saved today: 3
Animals saved to date: 144

Note: we realize these numbers are not a true representation, but in our minds, this helps to visualize the damage we are causing when we eat animal by-products.
