The Mars Experiment, Volume 3 - NOW AVAILABLE!!

The First Volume
I did get this book up and published in September but the day I wanted to blog/email/FB about it, my internet was down.
I'm happy to release book #9 of 2018, the third volume of my sci-fi/fantasy adventure, The Mars Experiment. If you haven't read the first two volumes this one would make no sense whatsoever. That being said, it is the most intense, funny and shocking of the three so far.
The write up goes like this:

The only monster on Mars, is man. The third instalment of The Mars Experiment Collection is fast-paced, dark and keeps readers on their toes until the final page. The good guys have taken control of the pod station and have things under control until their worst nightmare lands on Mars and throws the whole station into turmoil. Now, the good side and bad side will have to team up to fight an even bigger adversary. Will working together be enough to stop the slaughter?

It can be purchased here:

The Second Volume
This is the first book completed and published in my new place in Hamilton and it went pretty smoothly, though my internet can be a little slow and unpredictable, which isn't that big of a deal, except it always fails when I actually need it, you know how it goes.
Life in Hamilton has been a bit of an adjustment. The city, the people, the hookers on the corner and crack heads in my backyard, will all take time to get used to. The commute is unpredictable, but if I make it to or from work in under an hour, I'm happy. As a side note, it used to take me five minutes to get to work but of course, because I couldn't find any place closer that I could afford or that would take us, this is where I've ended up, and you know what, it's actually a really nice, comfortable place and I really don't have too much to complain about. Doesn't stop from doing it, though.

The animals are doing well in the new place. There is a lot more room here than in any of our last two places and there are a couple large windows that the cats are loving. The Hellhound is still a little stressed from dealing with all the new sounds and all the stray cats in the backyard but overall I'd say he's doing pretty good. He's been getting long walks in abandoned areas, so there has been less for him to be reactive to, so that's been good for both of us.
Book #10

I've begun work on book #10, My Wasted Youth, which contains reviews and true stories from every band/concert I've ever seen that I can remember. It's actually going to take a lot longer to edit/complete than I had originally hoped. Worked on it for 10 hours yesterday and only completed 54 reviews. That means I've got about 230 more reviews to edit/complete, so, it'll take me all month to complete this project, but that's ok because for the most part, the memories of the concerts still bring a smile to my face.

I think once I find more fun things to do in Hamilton and connect wth more friends, it'll start to feel a lot more like home.  Until then, I'll just keep trying to stay positive and keep working hard at my books and hope that in time, I'll learn to love this place.

Thanks for caring!
Studio Mike, The Hellhound, The Hellcat and sweet Tito.
