Moving On Up!!!

We are happy to announce that The Compassion Experiment will be moving its headquarters, and it is a very exciting time for us.

For anyone wondering if we've been keeping up with the experiment, you should be happy to know that we are still going strong. Even though the issues become less frequent, the content will only continue to get stronger.
We are still in it for the long haul, and hope everyone will continue to support us, as we will continue to support them, and the animals.

We hope it's an exciting time in everyone's life, and that things are going as nicely for them.
Our current headquarters hit the market on Monday, and was gone by Tuesday evening.
Nice.

We celebrated with the WORLD'S BEST VEGGIE BURGER!!!!
No $hit, this is the $hit!
It's the Vegetable and Feta Burger from Montana's, and as much as we love Lick's Nature Burger, this one trumps it, in juicy factor and overall ridiculous satisfaction.
Highly, highly, highly recommended.
And yes, we realize the Feta is a cheat, sometimes you just gotta live.

Tea Party Cake, courtesy of NV

1 cup pancake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup "milk"
1 "egg"
3 tbsp salad oil

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased and floured 8 X 8 inch square cake pan.

Mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.

Bake in a 400F oven for 20 minutes.

Great News!:

On June 28th, Ian Waid became the new Chairmen of the Board, for the Board of Directors of the Oakville and Milton Humane Society.
We applaud this appointment, and have no doubt that Ian is the right person for the job.
Congrats to Ian, can't wait to see what you can do!

Currently the OMHS is full to capacity of cats and kittens, so if you know anyone look for an amazing, loving animal (and everyone needs at least one, or two...), please come by, take one for a test drive, and bring some joy into your life.

I must have picked the right font, because it looks like Gop 10 ! Ok, it's no surprise that I'm procrastinating writing my newest project, though I did write a short story for the Toronto Star Short Story contest, which means I still haven't given up my dream of becoming a successful author. Lucky for me, being a successful author means: completing a project I start. Also, it should't come as a surprise that I'm single, so I've compiled a Top 10 list of the reasons for this. Best Metal'ish albums of 2022

We use the term Metal’ish because some of our favorite albums could be considered metal adjacent, not metal necessarily, but awesome none-the-less and worthy of this list. We are always on the hunt for the next awesome metal album and this year there was no shortage of great stuff, in fact, this list could have been a lot longer. Finding all these albums on our own would be near impossible. What we do is wait until all the YouTube metal nerds put out their metal lists and we watch them - 20 or so videos so far -  and any albums we haven’t heard yet, we check them out. Basically we let them find all the good albums that we missed and then check them out and see what we think. The criteria for this list is easy: is it a kick ass album? Yes or no?
